Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG
Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG is the first Italian wine to have obtained the DOC recognition in 1966. Refining in the bottle for only 3 months, the result is an intense ruby red wine, with aromas of cherry and blackberry, typical of Sangiovese, and with a complex but harmonious taste, with soft and fresh flavors.

Chianti Classico DOCG
Chianti Classico is one of the noblest wines in the world and boasts the name of the land from which it originates, an area that embraces 8 municipalities between the provinces of Florence and Siena. The undisputed star of Chianti Classico is the superior quality Sangiovese, present in percentages that can range from 80 to 100%. Chianti Classico DOCG wine has a brilliant ruby color – tending to garnet – and a deeply vinous aroma. The taste is dry, savory tending to soft velvety. Chianti Classico must be aged for at least 11 months and have a minimum alcohol content of 12 °.

Chianti Riserva DOCG
The alcohol content of the Chianti rises to 12.5 ° for the Riserva, which requires a minimum aging of 24 months, of which at least 3 for bottle aging. Compared to the Chianti Classico, the Riserva is a more noble wine, it has a greater finesse, a prolonged smell and a cleaner taste. Dark red color tending to garnet, it has a scent of spices and berries, an important and velvety structure.

Bolgheri DOC
The flavor and aroma of Bolgheri Rosso owe a lot to the territory in which the grapes are grown. Immersed in the Tuscan hills, at a height of 400 meters, the vineyards enjoy the proximity of the sea. Bolgheri Rosso is obtained with different vines, such as Cabernet Sauvignon (10-80%), Merlot (maximum 80%) and Sangiovese (maximum 70%) grapes. The characteristic of Bolgheri Rosso is its ruby red color, combined with an intense aroma that releases in the mouth, a dry and harmonious flavor, rich in shades of berries, spices and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
The “Brunello di Montalcino” is obtained from Sangiovese grapes, a vine traditionally called, in Montalcino, “Brunello”. The release on the market takes place on January 1st of the fifth year after the harvest. Due to its characteristics, Brunello di Montalcino withstands long aging, from a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 depending on the vintage. Brunello di Montalcino is a visually clear, brilliant wine with a lively garnet color. It has an intense, persistent, broad and ethereal aroma, with hints of undergrowth, aromatic wood, small fruits, light vanilla and jam. On the palate the wine has an elegant and harmonious body, backbone and race, with excellent acidity and a great tannic grip, it closes with a long aromatic persistence.

Very suitable to accompany delicious fish dishes or delicate land cuisine, it is an ideal wine especially as an aperitif. It should be served at a temperature of about 10-12 ° C.

Passerina IGT

The proximity of the vineyards to the sea adds a characteristic flavor and pleasantness. It has a straw yellow color, full and bright. The nose releases pleasant fruity aromas accompanied by hints of white flowers. On the palate it is particularly fresh and acidulous, characterized by a good balance. Ideal as an aperitif.

Principino Toscana IGT
This IGT Toscana white has a blend of 60% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano, and 10% Moscato. The peculiarity of this wine lies in the use of grapes from the previous year, in a proportion of 5% of the total quantity. Deep straw yellow color, with golden reflections. The Mediterranean scrub immediately emerges on the nose, with a succession of thyme, rosemary and sage, on a mineral background. In the mouth the minerality and freshness returns, supported by good mouth aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit.

Vermentino Toscano IGT
The Tuscan Vermentino has different characteristics compared to the other white Vermentino grape varieties grown in Liguria and Sardinia. Straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of grapefruit, white flowers and cut grass. Fresh mouth with a light citrus aftertaste.

Vernaccia di san Gimignano DOCG
The Production Disciplinary foresees as the grape production area exclusively the municipal territory of San Gimignano and that the wine is produced in vineyards composed for at least 85% of the Vernaccia di San Gimignano vine, allowing a maximum presence of 15% of other non-aromatic white berried grapes vines, suitable for cultivation in the Tuscany Region. It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections that are accentuated with aging. The scent is fine, delicate with fruity and floral scents at a young age. With refinement and aging it develops the characteristic mineral scent of flint. The taste is a dry, harmonious, savory wine.

Rosé Toscana IGT
This Maremma rosé is a young and lively wine, with a strong aromatic component and a lot of freshness that make it the best choice for the summer season. It is shown in the chalice of a cherry pink color. The nose is rich in aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fine and fruity but with good structure and persistence.

Costa Toscana IGT Rosato

The color is cherry pink while the nose is floral, very intense, persistent, ample and fine fruity. The taste is soft with well-defined acidity, fresh and savory.

Prosecco Superiore DOCG
The production of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG takes place according to the disciplinary that regulates the production of the grapes, their fermentation and the subsequent natural “fermentation”. The sparkling wine is produced with the “Martinotti Method” which involves refermentation in autoclave and allows to enhance the primary and secondary aromas, fruity and floral aromas, while preserving the elegance, vitality and freshness of the wine. Intense yellow in color, it has a persistent foam and on the nose, the smell arrives pleasantly fruity with hints of pear, apple, almond and honey notes.
